The snow is here to stay in Iowa and I broke down and bought my first pair of adult snow pants this week. I can’t let my kids have all the fun!

I had Monday off of work this week and so I decided to take the time to make a new recipe. This classic pot roast from The Pioneer Woman turned out to be a winner as evidenced when Marcus exclaimed, “Hunny, this is better than when I do it.” I’ll take it!
