Sunday funday update: Downing a mimosa (or two) at Centro was the perfect way to kick off our day-o-fun. And after being sucked into the wonderfully fabulous world of Cirque du Soleil, I headed home to give my KitchenAid mixer a workout. My boss had cooked up this recipe from The Pioneer Woman a couple of weeks ago and it was insanely good. After I took just one bite of The Best Coffee Cake. Ever. a lightbulb went off and I knew this was the perfect thing to cook up for our Christmas Eve brunch.
Over the next two days the plan is to spend as much time as possible with the ones I love. I hope you do the same and have a very Merry Christmas.
