After sitting in a car for seven hours it was nice to come home to my husband who had gone morel mushroom hunting this weekend. These were heavenly.

Nicole ~ you will have to send Travis and Michelle the recipe for those mushrooms ~ they all love them too and Travis and Kyle go Morel and other mushroom hunting every year. I know they woould love to try out Marcus’ recipe.
He dips the mushroom in egg wash and coats them with crushed saltine cracker crumbs, then fries them in a buttered skillet.
